Okay, so. Harper has this really device called the M-Band on her wrist that allows her to create illusions. But not just any illusions! She uses the device to refract light and manipulate it into objects, animals, and people. Specifically, one of these is Madame Mirage herself. But with a simple scan, she can mimic any person too and, if she catches them talking, she can record their voice and let this illusion also talk like them through a voice synthesizer. Best of all, she can use force fields into making the illusion feel real as well as move objects around. It's all very cool.

Naturally, this needs a permissions post. This is opt-in; if you don't fill this out, then I won't have Harper mimic your characters or make illusions of them.
